I, the researcher, from Leyte Normal University, is a 3 rd year BSED Social Studies
student. The researcher’s study is entitled “Digital Access of a College Student from
Low-Income Family During Coronavirus Pandemic: A Case Study” with Leyte Normal
University as the research locale. With this, the researcher would like to ask for your
active participation in the study since you are the individual who qualified to do so
because you possess the criteria set by the researcher in choosing a participant for the
study.

Furthermore, the researcher would arrange an e-mail interview with you to gather
information. Since face-to-face interview will not be carried out due to COVID-19
restrictions and protocols and the health risks, online applications, specifically google
form will be used in conducting the e-mail interview and in order for you to be able to
respond to the interview at your most convenient time.

Your participation in this research will not guarantee any reward. Also, you can withdraw
your participation any time without any form of punishment. The data that will be
gathered and used in the data gathering process is rest assured will be treated with
utmost confidentiality including your identity.
