Depression is a low mood that lasts a long time and
affects your everyday life. It doesn’t stop you living
your normal life, but it makes everything harder to
do and seems less worthwhile. Depression can be
life threatening because it can make you feel
suicidal and even harm yourself.

There has been a rise in young people who suffer
from mental health issues due to factors such as
family issues, social media, and lack of
opportunities.
Many people are living with a mental health issue
and lots of people have reached out.
However, there is a lot of people who are still
suffering in silence.
If you may be experiencing symptoms which have an
impact on your mental health don’t be afraid to
reach out.

for help, here are a few:
