1. A known hospital has been involved in a political debacle such as that it has ruined the
hospital’s reputation. As a digital marketer, identify the various platforms (the focus
should be only reputation building) which can assist this hospital in gaining back its
reputation. Justify your answers with examples, as to why you chose certain platforms
over others (07 marks) (the answer should not extend more than 1 page)
2. A newly initiated university is offering courses similar to SZABIST. You were hired to
devise a digital marketing strategy – advise the university on the digital marketing plan to
ensure admissions and student pull. (07 marks) (the answer should not extend more than
1 page)
3. State the process through which user interacts with search engines with the help of an
example? (06 marks) (the answer should not extend more than half a page)
