BLESSING OF ALMIGHTY ALLAH

Summary

Brief summary of the unit

HarunYahya is a Turkish writer who portraits before us the panoramic view of Islamabad
from the trails no. 5 in Margalla Hills to express blessing of Almighty Allah. It was Saturday
morning before the break of dawn in spring season. Three human figures were hiking on trail
no. 5 in Margalla Hills who loved to explore the natural beauty of these hills.

Their father explained the beautiful scene of nature of Margalla Hills by description
serene plantation, cool breeze, chirping birds and rising sun from its destined place to pay
gratitude to Allah. Their father affectionately said, to them “All praises to Allah (‫)سبحانہ و تعالی‬
who has blessed us with this day to experience and recognize his countless blessing. He also
added to explain our purpose built physique is also gift of Allah. We have strong bodies as well
as intellect to live our life purposefully.”

early days the city was not crowded it is today. First there was one traffic light on the main road
and the traffic was regulated well. In the later years as population of the city grew, this increased

3. Understanding meaning of suffixes and their usage:-

Problem situation:

This summer Bilal’s colony is facing acute water shortage and everyone around is warned about
it. So Bilal and his friends realized that one reason behind this shortage of water was the
unchecked wastage of water. Together they want to run a campaign on thoughtful use of water
with the aim of educating people on the ways they can avoid its wastage and conserve whatever
water resources are available in their colony. What suggestions would you give him to design
his campaign;

Do some reaserch on this topic to find if there is any success story of past attempts.

Design a leaflet or poster which Bilal and his friends can use as a resource in their
campaign.

The Glimpse From the Life of The Rasool of Allah (HAZRAT MUHAMMAD SAW)

SUMMARY OF THE UNIT:

A glimpsE from life of the Rasool of Allah, Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) are taken from ”
Prophet Muhammad (SAW) The sultan of Hearts “ by Resit Haylamaz. In the Quraan
Allah has called Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) Nabi-Ul-Ummi (The unletter prophet). Allah
has chosen His Nabi-Ul-Ummi to teach humanity all the knowledge of this world and
beyond. The first revelation which the Archangle Hazrat Jibrael (AS) brought to Hazrat
Muhammad (SAW) was the first five Ayah of Surah-Al-Alaq. In these Ayah Allah
commanded us all to “read” thus emphasizing the act of reading and seeking
knowledge. This blessed moment fell on a Monday and the year was 610 AD., the
month was Ramandan and the place was Mount Nur in the cave of Hira. Hazrat Jibrael
said to him,

Read in and with the name of your lord, who has created . created human from a
clot clinging (to the wall of the womb). Read and your Lord is the all. Magnificent, who
has taught (human) by the pen-taught human what he did not know.” (Al Alaq 96:1-5)

He realized the burdon of responsibility on his shoulders. So he shared to Hazrat


Khadija (RA). She said “ rejoice, be resolute and steadfast, you are the messenger of
Allah. The second revelation was surah Al Muddathir in which warn to keep clean.

He fulfilled his responsibility with perfection and this day the message of Allah is
reaching humanity in every part of world. Finally it is Said that he is the apostle of God
and the last in the life of prophets

All praises and gratitude to Allah who has blessed us to be borned as muslim
and to have the Quraan and Sunnah of the Rasool of Allah to provide us guidance in
every field of life.

Ans: Because Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) had preferred solitude.

Ans: Because without seeking knowledge cannot be got awareness and without
cleanliness cannot be got spiritual purity.

2. Combination of noun phrases- appositions:
An apposition in a grammar is the use of a noun phrase immediately after another
noun/noun phrase which refers to the same person or things. These noun phrases are
separated by commas. For example:

4. Types of Clauses:

Like a phrase, a clauses is a group of related words, but unlike a phrase, a clause has a
subject and verb. Clauses come in four types:

I) Main [or principal clause /independent clause],


II) Subordinate [or dependent clause],
III) Relative [of adjective clause], and
IV) Noun clause.

Task: with the help of examples write at least two sentences for each type of clause.

Biography of a Seed

. I was small wheat seed. A farmer planted me in soil. He took care me with water
and nutrients. After one week, I broke my shell coat and grew out from soil in a shape of
small tiny plant. In the presence of sun light, I feel better and able to prepare my food
with the help of chloroform. With in a few months, I became a big plant with strong trunk
and branches. I was standing straight with my fellows. Now I became strong enough to
be harvested.

One day farmer brought a harvester and he harvested the entire field. He
collected me in a sack. After a few days I was kept in a big truck and transported to
market. One day a man came and took me to his home. Hi wife grinded me. Now I
turned into powder. She made bread and ate me that was the end of my life.

NIGHT MAIL (WH Auden)
(Poem)
SUMMARY:- (Key Points)

In this poem, the poet WH Auden describes the journey of the night mail
train which travels at height and brings letters, cheques and postal orders for
the people. It does not discriminate between the rich and the poor. It serves
them all. It is very punctual and regular in its duty.

(SUMMARY) NIGHT MAIL


This is a simple poem highlighting the various characteristics of a night
mail. She is bringing postal orders, cheques and letters without distinction for
all people. The train keeps moving towards its destination through upward
and downward slopes but does never late .It passes through the cotton fields
and rocky lands .It shovels white steam over its shoulder and continues her
journey. She makes noise when passes through pasture.
The birds look at her plain coaches from the bushes .The sheepdogs
know that they can not force it to change the direction by barking .So they
keep sleeping calmly .When she passes through farms, no one wakes .They
know, she is serving. But a jug in the bedroom gently shakes. By personified
the train .Poet gives massage, like a train a man sees different period of life .He
should be punctual ,regular and steady to earn the success.

Stories of Mullah Nasruddin

Summary

Mullah Nasruddin (1208 – 1294) in Turkey’s best known characters,


who is very popular to the whole of the Islamic world. In Turkish language he
is addressed as Hodja. As many as 350 stories have been attributed to his
character. In this lesson mentioned his three stories.

1. The Man on the Tree:

In this story a man climbed up the tree.From where getting down, it was
impossible for him and no any one wanted to take risk to come him down.
Mullah came there and confidently he would ready to get him down with the
help of rope and hurt himself badly .He answered the people ,once I had saved
someone ‘s life but I can not remember whether I rescued him from a tree or a
wall.

2. The Guest of Honor:

In this story, Mullah came across a beautiful palace. He entered in the


palace , sat the reserved chair for the guest of honor. He replied the guard
smartly; I am much higher than that.
The Turban is Mine:
In this story Mullah Nasruddin lent his turban to his old friend, came to
visit him .
So Mullah introduced him to his friends by telling, the turban he is
wearing is mine. Eynolla annoyed and in next visit ,he wore his own turban.
Mullah said ,the turban he’s wearing is his. In his third visit ,Mullah said, I
have nothing to say.
Conclusion

Through the stories of Mullah Nasruddin we can assess that he was a


witty man with a sense of humour. He was a good conversationalist .

this lesson teachers and children decided to come to school for enjoying
picnic. Children were existed in the play ground, Teacher saw suddenly the
school building had caught the fire and slammed on the brakes and stared
ahead. Some children were remained inside the building .People heard
screams of children coming from inside . Someone called the fire brigade in
time. Children were very scared, frightened and were felling and screaming
