English is an international language. It is the official language in 53 countries. And around 400
million people speak English all over the world. The importance of English speaking is immense
in our way of life and in the better life, even in the job market. So, we have to learn english to
communicate with others countries people. So we have to be frequent in speaking english.
From childhood I am average in english speaking. I made so many grammatical mistakes. I
always wanted to be improved in speaking english. I have never had the opportunity to take a
course on English speaking which is why I can develop my speaking skills. But after I got
admitted in BBA department, I got English speaking course and got opportunity to develop
myself. When it was first announced that we would be taking the English speaking test next
week, I was very glad but as well as I was scared and nervous. Because i have no experience to
test in english speaking course. So i was little bit worried will i able to speak english properly in
front of my teacher. But on the other hand i had faith in myself that i would able to speak
properly in english. So I started working hard to improve my speaking skills. At first I tried it
myself but couldn't. Then I realized that I needed a person to practice. So i had called one of my
close friend Shakib. After that we practice together. At first my friend gave me several topics
like about yourself, about your school life and college life, about my regret, my achievement,
habit, hobby etc. so at first i was not frequent and after 3 or 4 lines i was stuck. So I had to
overcome my problem. I worked really hard. Another problem was that I spoke very quickly,
which gradually get better, and the big thing was that I had enough time to prepare because of
the delay in the exam. Then on the day of the exam Madam asked me some questions related
to travel. At first I was a little scared, but then I started to say nicely. I was very happy after
seeing my number at exam. After all, my hard works pays off.

Respected ma’am,
With all my due respect, i want to know you that, I am Asif Tazwar, a student of your course. I
would like to inform you that, I broke my arm while playing football in the afternoon. So I can't
move my arm at all. For this reason i was absent and i couldn't attend the midterm exam. My
class performance was very good which is reflected in the class test, assignment. The doctor
says I will able to work with my hands after 2 weeks. I sincerely request that, considering my
temporary problems, give me a chance at retake exam for me so that I can pass for this
semester.
I have attached a copy of my medical document. Please arrange a retake exam for me.
