She used her own experiences and advocates for those people who had the same
condition to help them and motivate them that they will recover as well.

On the other hand, I was asphyxiated by Korina’s insensitive response to Cita Astal for
mentioning the word “baliw” multiple times, “napapraning”, “buti nalang may kumakausap
sayo ‘kundi nagpakamatay ka na” to Cita Astal knowing that she’s still recovering from her
condition and also by joking around where she told Cita that she thinks she had a Bipolar
Disorder as well because she was messing around with the staff in front of her. Clearly she
really doesn’t know what Cita’s been gone through to be there and to tell her story to tell the
people to stop the stigma about mental health issues and to be the voice of those people with
the same condition.

It took a lot of courage to tell that story of her experiences regarding to her situation but
despite of it, she still managed to educate people and to be an advocate that’s why I’m so
amazed how Cita uses Rated K as a platform to tell her reality and to empower people with the
same condition.
