1. Initial or Pre-Training Phase

includes activities and preparations required to launch the training program

Main activities:

-creation of infrastracture for training

-preparation of training syllabus

-tie up of guest faculty

-arrangement for inauguration of the program

-designing tools and techniques for selecting trainees

-formation of selection committee

-publicity campaign of the program

-development of application form


-pre-potential survey of environmental opportunities

Involves identification and selection of potential entrepreneurs and providing


initial motivation.

2. Training or Development Phase

Training program is implemented to develop motivation and skills among participants.


The objective is to bring desirable changes in the behaviors of the trainees.

3. Post Training or Follow-up Phase

Assessment to judge how far the objectives of the program has been achieved.
Monitoring and follow up reveals drawbacks in the earlier phases and suggest guidelines
for farming the future policy. Infrastratural support, counselling and assistance in
establishing new enterprise and in developing the existing units can also be reviewed.

These are the information that describes who the entrepreneur is. It includes the personal
information of the entrepreneur like age and education. Personal and Family background will also be
included as to describe the environment of the entrepreneur, how he/she grew, raised, and his status in
his/her family. This also includes the people who are around him/her to serve as working hands, the
employees and people who are under him/her.

These are the factors the shows the entrepreneurial traits of an entrepreneur.

Achievement Motivation - urge of the entrepreneur to improve himself to reach a goal.

Risk taking willingness - refers to the willingness of the entrepreneur to take risks on business
decisions.

Influence motivation - the desire of influencing other people and environment

Personal efficacy - How well one can execute courses of action required to deal with prospective
situations
