I. What is the 4th industrial revolution?

Way back in 1780s, people were working using their bare hands or man-
made tools. But the society that we have now is far from what the people
have imagined before. Today in our midst, we have this so called 4.0 version
of the industrialization revolution which bring so much transformation in our
lives. It’s not just about technology, artificial intelligence or IoT (Internet of
Things) that we are enjoying now in our present day. Like its predecessors,
4th industrial revolution will radically transform the way we live and work.

II. As a fresh graduate, why is it important to know what it is? How will it
affect you as a future employee?

It is important to know his kind of issue, as a matter of fact, this kind of

topic is around us for quite some time. Surely, we cannot deny that this kind
subject is quite frightening for us fresh graduate. Why? Because it brings us
so much pressure, what kind of world awaits us in the real world. Since there
many new trends and innovations that are being presented to us, for sure this
kind of factor will affect our future. But it doesn’t mean that we will back
out. Though there are uncertain and surprising things that will come our way
but instead we will take this kind of challenge with courage and
perseverance.
