a. Business Academic Approach
1. What is the importance of the business academic approach in classroom management?
-The importance of the business academic approach to classroom management makes, the activities and assignments given by
the teacher are more organized, and the more students understand the instructions and deadlines of submitting their activities
and assignments, also the teacher can focuses on each student's activities and their weaknesses to address them properly.

2. Why feedback to student is important?


-Giving feedback to the student is important, of course students want to know the status of their performance whether it is
good or not. In giving feedback it should be benificial to students, the feedback should be specific directly to students learning
process. feedback helps students to fill their shortcomings in activities or motivate them to further their learning

b. Group Managerial Approach


1. Differentiate over-dwelling versus fragmentation.
-Overdweling is giving the teacher an in-depth explanation of the student's expectations or the teaching that is not according to
the student's ability, while fragmented in turn is to provide a lot of information leading to student’s confusion.

2. What is the difference between “with-it-ness” and “overdwelling.”


-Overdwling is a behavior in which teacher leads to explain something beyond what her student can understand while With-it-
ness is tha act of a teacher that looks like she knows everything what has been happening inside her classroom.

3. How can student’s satiation or boredom be avoided?


-Make a set of activity that the students should involve not only to avoid boredom but to enhance their skills

4. What is movement management?


-It reffers to the pace of activity in the classroom the momentum should be smooth at consistent in order to prevent hanging
that leads to boredom, that in every lesson it keeps the students attention.

c. Acceptance Approach

1. Why does every person have prime need for acceptance
- every person is not perfect, we always make wrong doing even at the adult age, but in order to forgive us they need to accept
our sincere apology. For example, a teacher accept all of the pupils as learners whatever their history is behaving. As a future
teacher I need to accept the differences of my students soon this will help the relationship between me and my students for
better learning process.
2. How does the mistaken goal of those who fail to receive recognition result in anti-social behavior?
- other students today have a lot of pressure because of the expectation that they will reach a certain goal. which is not good not
all students follow the paces of the lesson and this problem affects students to be anti social.
D. Success Approach
1. What is the role of the teacher in the success approach?
- the role of the teacher is to facilitate her students not only about the lesson but also about their bahavior. Teacher should not
tolerate or give an excuse about the bad attitude of her student instead teach them and lead them to be a good student and a
good citizen and also the teacher need to change what type of bad behavior that has been inside the classroom.
3. In what way do teacher influence the success of a student?
- Show them or give them a motivation, provide or give a positive feedback on about the activities.
3. How about the school? In what way does the school contribute to the failure or success of the
student?
-school is the second home of students and they also learn here. but school management also sometimes lacks a child's failure
to attend school. The school should not only know to focus academics but also but also focuses on what kind of behavior that
their students had that should be address properly/
