Purchase & Sale Agreement 05/2018

Roland Sangren, pers. No 19621010-6115, reg.ad.: Sweden, 565 92, Mullsjö, hereinafter called as Seller,
and Andrejs Afanasjevs, pers. No 190368-13100, reg.ad.: Latvia, Riga, Nicgales 9-78, hereinafter called
as Purchaser, concluded the following Agreement.

1. SubjectMatter.

1.1. Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises hereinafter contained,
the Seller agrees to sell, and Purchaser agrees to buy sailing yacht (hereinafter referred to as Yacht),
model MAXI 84 (No. 593), as well as the equipment installed on the Yacht, and all the chattel thereon,
which are an integral part of the transaction:

- Engine VP md7 (13 h.p.) – 1 p.

-Waeco coold machine 54 – 1 p.
- Marine radiotelephone MRX 6600
- Autohelm 1000
- Furlex Type B Mk II
- Wallasbatvarmare 1800 B
- Solar panel
- Gas stove
- Sea Navigation
- Sails complete (?)
- all the other chattel, existing on the Yacht at the moment of transaction.
1.2. The Seller guarantees the Yacht and the equipment listed above are in good working order
and ready for operation at the Yacht transfer moment to the Purchaser.

2. The procedure of Purchase & Sale transaction.

2.1. The total cost of the Yacht and the equipment listed is SEK 65 000.
2.2. The Purchaser deposits the amount of SEK 65 000 in the Seller's bank account.
2.2.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the transaction notarial or a sworn lawyer certify in the
form of an apostille after total money amount receiving on his Bank account.
2.2.2. The Purchaser undertakes to organize the payment of the legal registration of this
transaction with his own means.
2.3. After registration of legal formalities, the transfer of the Yacht and equipment is made to the
Purchaser.
2.4. The Seller transfers the Yacht to the Purchaser, launched into the water, in the technical
condition and prepared for navigation.
2.5. After the Yacht technical condition and the operability of the equipment checking, the
transaction is considered to be fully completed and the parties lose the right to mutual claims.

3. Agreementdetails.
3.1. This Agreement is made in two copies, and has the same text and legal force.
3.2. The text of the Agreement is complied on two pages, in two copies in Swedish and English
languages (used as a means of international communication and understandable by one of the
parties to the treaty). Both copies are to be considered as originals having equal legal power.
