1. What do you think are the qualities of the above-mentioned individuals that made them
successful?

Entrepreneurs have some unique qualities. All the above-mentioned individuals have lot
qualities of an entrepreneur which made them successful. First quality is that they are willing
to take responsibility and take calculated risk which is an amazing quality for an
entrepreneur. Second is that they are confident. Believing in your self is important because if
you believed in yourself it can help you recognize your ability to accomplish goals. The third
quality they possess is that they are vision-oriented. Successful individuals have a vision or
desire of what they want to achieve and have a mission in solving problems and issues they
want to solve for the company’s benefits. Lastly, they are motivated, determined and have a
strong desire to achieve their goals which make them fearless and face their difficulties with
faith until they achieve there goals.

2. Do you think you possess the qualities of an entrepreneur? Cite those qualities.

Yes, I think I possess some qualities of an entrepreneur and I want to develop them more.
First quality I have is that I am also a vision-oriented person. Like successful entrepreneur’s I
also have a vision towards my future and it helps me strive hard to achieve my desire.
Second quality I possess is that I have self-discipline. I think that if I could discipline myself to
do what I should do whether I like it or not my success is inevitable. The last quality I
possessed is that I know how to calculate risk. Calculating risk is part of my life especially if it
involves money. Like successful entrepreneur I also experienced risking my money. However,
before I try in risking my money I calculate first the possibilities that I could get my money
back with its interest and it turned out successful.

3. What do you think are their contributions to our society?

Their contribution to our society is that they give jobs for the people which are a very helpful
contribution in stopping poverty in our society. Also because of them the unemployment and
crime rates in our society turns down. They also have a big contribution to our economy and
government.

Entrepreneurship is the ability to think critically, and critical thinking is essential to be

successful in the business world. As an ABM student I am trained to be a successful
businessman or a manager someday and it is relevance to the Entrepreneurship subject
because it shows to the student like me various opportunities to learn and analyze the
possibilities of becoming a successful businessman or entrepreneur. Entrepreneur subject is
also connected in my strand because it addresses aspect like creating business plans, building
up startup capital and developing clients. Entrepreneurship also important because it aids
students from all socioeconomic background to think outside the box and nurture
unconventional talents and skills.

I think I will become a Business manager in 10 years from now. Like a business manager I also
possess the skill of planning, decision-making, problem-solving and the ability to
communicate with other workers and costumers. I learned that I had these kinds of skills
when my mom requested me to manage our ukay-ukay for a day because she is living to
other town. While managing our ukay-ukay store I experienced a lot of difficulties but all
these difficulties develop my ability, knowledge and also my experiences in managing a
business. The reason I choose this carrier because it helps me understand about the world of
business and in specific areas such as finance and human resources.
