What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating
appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing
and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members?
Jess-all team members should be assigned a portion of the assignment to complete. If a member is not
meeting the expectations of the team for that assignment, we will communicate that appropriately by
reaching out to them member first, and if no response then alerts the instructor.

What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team experiences?
Jess-having all members complete their portion of their assignments promptly and not wait until the last
minute will alleviate stress by having to throw something together at the last moment.
