• Initiation: 1-2 Weeks

• HLD & LLD: 2 -3 Weeks

• Wireless Heatmap: 4 – 8 Weeks

• Hardware Delivery: 16 – 18 Weeks

• Installation of Hardware: 18 – 24 Weeks

• Configuration: 8 – 12 Weeks

• Testing & Training: 6 – 8 Weeks Depends on Readiness of the Site

• Handover: 2 – 4 Weeks

2. PROJECT PRE-REQUISITES
• IP address and VLAN details to be provided as per Emaar Standard to prepare the
LLD.
• Storage with Lock and Key for Hardware's.
• Power, Cooling and Dust Free MDF and IDF.
• MDF & IDF room with Lock and Key to install Active components.
• Copper / Fiber termination should be completed with all respects like labeling, fluke
test etc.
• Port wise patch panel details to be provided with respect to services like Data, Voice,
WIFI, BMS and other Third-party systems.
• Copper / Fiber Patch Cordes to be provided.
• Process to submit MIR/WIR.
