INTRODUCTION

The project on bus information service system has been developed on HTML,
PHP, MY SQL, Java Script and Ajax. The main aim to developing this project
to provide detail to travelers so that they can be aware that when the bus in
about to reach or come on the stop. By this project travelers as well as other
worker whom are related to bus service are aware by the bus routine. The
system can manage bus details, tour details as well as customer details. The
main object of this project is to provide the better work efficiency, security and
accuracy, reliability and feasibility.

FUTURE SCOPE

SCOPE

We can provide SMS based alert and email notification for bus route. The
wallet can be developed to handle discounts on the points bases. It can also
be used to provide referral code concept for referring friends. We can come
with feature that will allow the customer to save favorite route and allow the
discount for same.

 OBJECTIVE

The main objective of bus information service system is to manage the time
of bus and keep aware passenger about the timing and routine of bus.

Proposed System

We can eliminate the drawbacks by developing a website which will allow

passengers to register themselves and book ticket and cancel ticket. This
actually is welcome step for passenger as they can access the website form
anywhere and avoid the wastage of time.

Admin-

It will be used by admin to create or manage bus information. It will also have
the option to view all booking that were done. It will have the option to add
routes for which buses will be linked.

Employee-

The staff of bus can register themselves and send a approval request to
admin. Admin will assign a role and approve login. Once logged in they can
view the number of booking in a specific day.

Route management-

The module will be accessible to admin and employee as well as passengers.

Information related to all route will be added to this module. Information about
where to where, the distance between two location, stoppage in a route etc.

 Bus Service System is website which is helpful for bus operators, who wants to
operate many bus trips in a day. Bus Service System is a windows application written
for 32-bit Windows operating systems which focused in the area of adding, editing
and deleting the passengers, staff and the bus routes. In this software a person can be
register as a user and he can manage the bus routes and the staff, passengers? details.?
He can add a bus and its details including bus route details. User can also add the
details of the staff and their duty time in the system.

CONCLUSION-

 Finally this project will be helpful for many passengers as well as bus owners and bus
association . They can easily track bus route and location. It will be also helpful when
there happen any accident so at that condition location of that particular bus can be
track easily and get necessary help..
