This topic is concerned with the aims of professional development that we need. Education plays
an important role, not by forcing the worker to deliver just knowledge but also a process for
transferring them.
Image 1: (Mizell, 2010) According to Journal’s activity education can be gained by self-effort. In
1833, in an effort to categories and describe Plato's educational theory, the name of
"andragogy" was first coined by a German teacher named Alexander Knapp.
Image 2: (Guskey, 2003) Self-study according to above activity is a best option for adults.
Andragogy is a self-directed learning. Andragogy has been established to teach adult learners
methods. The method of engaging adult learners with the learning experience structure is often
interpreted. Andragogy is the knowledge of the lifetime and lifetime learning of adults and of its
assistance.
Image 3: Heutagogy is an autonomous learning study. It also seeks to challenge some of the
ideas about learning and teaching that still prevail in teaching and the need for learning, as Bill
Ford (1997) put it eloquently: "sharing knowledge" rather than "hosting knowledge." Here
heutagogy looks towards the future in which learning is a key competency given the pace of
innovation and changing structure of communities and places of work."
Image 4: The effect of COVID-19 on professional life has very severe effects, as seen in
different institution, workshops, colleges & public place etc. The COVID-19 crisis has changed
people's way of living and working radically.
Image 5: Personal life is also effected. Education plays an important role in transferring
knowledge. While many studies focused on the negative effects that prevailed, potential positive
changes in daily life were less careful. Thus, we examined the true and perceived global impact
on work and private life of the COVID-19 crisis and the consequences on German and Swiss
staff for their mental wellbeing and self-rating health (SRH).
Image 6:(Desimone, 2011) Journal says that supervision is best decision to takeover any
educational problem. Supervision focuses primarily on improving teachers' training and
classroom practises for students. There are numerous supervisory approaches including
production, science, development and clinical surveillance.
Image 7: (Blaschke, 2012) Together with the goals of professional and personal development is a
link between two people.
Image 8: The "mentor" is usually a skilled person who shares knowledge, experience and advice
with a less skilled person or "mentor." Academic and organizational assessments have shown
professional coaching efficiency.
