Question 1: Suppose you need to buy one of the following products, so how you will decide what
to buy among so many varieties? For this you need to select a single product type of
the following list and then decide by applying Decision Making Process properly.
The product list is:

** While solving this question do mention your selected product first and then explain the

Question 2: Just imagine that you are a General Manager of a multinational fast-food company
named as “Burger Town” and now you have to open a branch in Pakistan. Briefly
explain (in 2 to 3 sentences) what environmental variables you will analyze while
opening an outlet in Pakistan?
