Proposal Title: Development of Online Teaching Website for Eagleton School System

Dear Sir,

Eagleton School System needs an Online Teaching website for their institution to provide
students an education mode accessible inside and outside school premises with no restrictions of
being physically available. The proposed website with specific functionality creates, distributes
and manages the delivery of the organization’s educational content among students with
guidelines provided by teachers.

The website comprises three main modules of Admin, Teacher and Student mode with various
arbitrary sub-modules. Sub-modules include operations like selection, insertion, deletion and
updating of content. Admin portal administrators create categories such as semesters, courses,
classes, teacher and student IDs and enroll them accordingly. They also control fee structure and
payment methods. Teachers upload content in different formats and announce assignments,
quizzes and activities. They also communicate with students through specified message boards.
Students get access to content by simply clicking on the Sign-In option and perform given tasks.

As a website developer in this organization, I would like to offer my services to work on

Eagleton School System’s online teaching website project. I have already analyzed all necessary
functions an educational institution would need for its e-learning management system. I
guarantee to deliver work of the highest quality within time and budget constraints. Kindly
consider my proposal for this project and allow me to initiate development process. I believe it
