Today, the year 21 of the 2021 century, you have a great responsibility: "to design the
professional and personal career of a great person: yourself". Starting today, you have
become your main teacher.
Think about the fruits that you would like to reap throughout your entire professional
career, the type of life that you want to conceive for yourself, the values that you want to
cultivate, the knowledge that you would like to apprehend, and the skills and abilities
that you would like to develop.
The task begins today. To do this, you must imagine various learning challenges that
you will begin to promote consistently and persistently from now on.
After reading the WISDOM AND MANAGEMENT article and pondering about your
future; please list 8 personal learning challenges; that you INTEND to start
CULTIVATING now. That is, two (2) challenges for each of the following 4 dimensions:

For each of the 4 dimensions, please imagine and become aware of the types of
interactions that could lead to meaningful learning for you.
What would be the ideal interlocutors? What characteristics would they have? In what
contexts would you interact with them? What do you think their roles would be? With
what kind of people do you think you should interact to achieve meaningful learning?

honors and responsibilities of management. Knowing this, managers take a lot
responsibility upon their shoulders, others may call managers dignified but can a
manager really call themselves dignified wouldn’t that contradict the meaning of dignity,
can people who worthy of honor or respect call themselves dignified?"
