Eddniel: Good day to everyone.

Before we start our debate, let one of our facilitators presents the topic
for today’s discussion.

Jonathan: War has always been the default battleground of the military. This is a conventional threat for
the military and anchors all the strategy and program structure of the armed forces. This usually covers
the states, citizens, organizations and stakeholders to military threat. However, national security is not
only conventionally threatened.

As the world globalized, unconventional threats also pose challenges to the forefronts of the state’s
security. Said threats are usually in the form of pandemic, financial crisis and disasters. These are usually
unpredictable and beyond the control of either government , science or military forces. 

During the last quarter of 2019, a disease previously unbeknownst to the global population began its
initial proliferation. It spread rapidly which caused infection among thousands of people in its point of
origin.

Good day to everyone. Today, the resolution deals with the issue “In the midst of the pandemic response,
militarized approach is much capable than the scientific one.

Our debaters:

The Affirmative team consists of the students from Psychology

Arguing the Negative case will be accountancy

Each debater will have a 3-5 minute constructive speech. As well, there will be one rebuttal speech per
debater, each lasting 1-2 minutes.

the question.

definitions, they must do so during this speech.

I call upon the second Negative debater to present his/her main speech.

When they are done, say:

I now call upon the first Negative speaker to deliver a 2-minute speech rebutting his/her opponents.

When they are done, say:

I now call upon the first Affirmative speaker to deliver a 2-minute speech rebutting his/her opponents.

When they are done, say:

Next I call upon the second Negative debater to speak for 2 minutes defending and summarizing his or

her team's case.

When they are done, say:

her case.

Have the members of either team complaints of rule violations by their opponents?
