I chose Vision beacause, vision is a quality development in which we will become globally

developed and competitive individual and as a student to understand, and navigate, and it will
be able for me to prepared both academically, as well as behaviorally. This includes skills such
as problem solving, adaptability in facing the world with challenging experiences not just today
but also in the future.I can apply Vision in my life towards in my Goals To become an active
individual in serving the society in reaching the common good as a future educator someday.and

This means that students need the awareness, skills and knowledge to understand, navigate and
flourish in this increasingly global economy. However, we continue to hear that while students
may be academically prepared, they are not emotionally ready for the workforce. To be college
and career ready, students need to be prepared both academically, as well as behaviorally. This
includes what we often refer to as “soft skills,” such as problem solving, adaptability, work ethic,
and the ability to communicate in a business setting.
