Note: Due to certain complications our project was changed from combining almond milk and
redbull to combining whole milk with lemon juice

Our plan to do the experiment and film
● We plan to meet up at our desired
location
● We are going to have two containers
and put redbull in one and almond
milk in the other
● We’re going to set up a camera 4-6 ft
away and we’re all going to be in it
and talk about the process and the
reaction to the red bull combining with
the milk and the chemicals and
proteins in each drink (what it has in
them)

For our project we had been assigned to combine almond milk and redbull but due to
complications that project was thrown out so as a substitute we had to use whole milk and
lemon juice which has the same properties as the almond milk and redbull says our smart and
educated friend and colleague huong ho. These all have the same properties because the
lemon juice and redbull are acidic properties and both milks have similarities such as alkaline.
So the first step was to put milk into a cup first then we added the lemon juice, then we waited a
few minutes. When milk and lemon juice combine, a chemical change called curdling occurs
and a precipitate forms. Once those milk curds were formed we drained out all the liquids so
that the milk curds will be all that is left.
