Dear JHS Friends,

Good morning/Good afternoon! I know that being senior high


students, we are preoccupied on the activities, quizzes, and petas we
are dealing everyday. But we should not also forget to take good care
of our health for this is our daily partners in doing everything. In
compliance to this, I would like to invite you for a zumba dance
exercise every Saturday morning which will start on 7:00 to 8:00 AM.
Don’t you worry because this is just a calisthenics exercise and I
assure you that this zumba dance will help us maintain our body
weight. I hope that you’ll not reject this invitation and allot some time
for this exercise. Thank you and may God bless you always. See you
