Hi Tom,

It's great to hear from you! I totally understand how you feel about not getting enough regular exercise.
As for finding the time to exercise, I usually make it a priority and schedule it into my day. I wake up
earlier in the morning and do some stretching or yoga, and then I go for a run or swim later in the day. I
try to make it a routine, so it becomes a habit.

Motivating myself to keep fit can sometimes be a challenge, but I find that setting achievable goals helps
me stay on track. For example, I set a goal to run a 5k race, and that gave me something to work
towards. I also find it helpful to exercise with friends or family members because it's more fun and we
can encourage each other.

I hope this helps, and I encourage you to start small and make exercise a habit. Even a short walk or a
few stretches can make a big difference!
