-Hi guys, I have been really stressed these days.


-Because I am having some problems with the food that I eat daily. Yesterday I went to the
nutritionist, and he told me that I need to stop eating junk food, and start eating healthy food,
BUT I CANT. Its impossible to me to stop eating hamburgers, pollo a la brasa, tallarines verdes,
pizza, alitas, mostrito, and others. But I eat healthy, o told him that I eat pizza with pineapple
that is consider healthy right?

-What, well also he said that I need to be more carefully with the things that I eat because I told
him that the last month, I ate 3 suris and a fried spider, and it waz nice and delicious but he said
that I need to have more prevention at the moment I m going to eat, Its not just put things in
your mouth, you need to cheek what it contains, but I just I eat it, everything okey.
DICEN = DID YOU ATE SPIDERS AND SURIS? WHAT?
-I don’t know what to do I don’t like ani kind of salad; I hate vegetables and its difficult to me
to adapt to this new model of what food I need to eat every day.
ME RECOMIENDAN (ADVICE)

-I understand you Andres, it’s not easy to have a physical fitness nowadays, this pandemic has
made that a lot of people had problems and one of them is the lack of exercise. I used to do 4
hours of exercise in the gym every day, but when my neighbor opened a restaurant next to my
house, my life changed a lot with junk food.
-I recommend you to don’t spent your time when you are free, you can try new things to do as
sports, maybe you could try doing tennis, or soccer. You should listen to music to be more
concentrated and use more hours of your schedule.
-Don’t forget to always have a positive mind, this also can help you when you are not
concentrated and sleep the 8 hours exactly, and not like me that I sleep just 5 hours.

ANDRES-SPEECH

Hi guys. In my case, I need to have a good physical condition to be able


to continue practicing the deperote that I like since I was a child and
also to show people who did not trust me that one day I will become a
good athlete. It is difficult to follow a vigorous routine even if it is so, I
want to try it, although I am good at fighting, if I work my muscles
more, I would improve many techniques. I would really appreciate if
you could give me some advice please.

ANDRES-ADVICE
Oh I see, I think you need to focus more on your important needs,
before thinking about others.

First, try to watch movies or motivational talks every day, this will help
your intellectual consciousness improve.

Second, try to take medicinal herbs, that will help your anxiety decrease
and so you can be more calm.

Third, try going for a run or yoga, it will help distract you from
problems.
