-I understand you Andres, it’s not easy to have a physical fitness nowadays, this pandemic has
made that a lot of people had problems and one of them is the lack of exercise. I used to do 4
hours of exercise in the gym every day, but when my neighbor opened a restaurant next to my
house, my life changed a lot with junk food.
-I recommend you to don’t spent your time when you are free, you can try new things to do as
sports, maybe you could try doing tennis, or soccer. You should listen to music to be more
concentrated and use more hours of your schedule.
-Don’t forget to always have a positive mind, this also can help you when you are not
concentrated and sleep the 8 hours exactly, and not like me that I sleep just 5 hours.

First, try to watch movies or motivational talks every day, this will help
your intellectual consciousness improve.
Second, try to take medicinal herbs, that will help your anxiety decrease
and so you can be more calm.
Third, try going for a run or yoga, it will help distract you from
problems.
