I don't really think that I'm in shape, because I'm too skinny.

Even though thinnes is


the norm dreamed by people, it's not completely healthy, But I'm trying hard to stay in
shape.
In the last month I started to go to the gym, lifting weights, riding the bike, running on
the treadmill, doing aerobics, and dancing. Out of the gym, I don't usually exercise, but
almost every weekend, I play soccer with my friends, swim in the pool, and on Fridays,
I play volleyball at the school. The person who has a solid routine is my dad. Every
Saturday, he plays soccer at 7:00 am with his friends, and he takes my brother with
him. At night, he walks at the park with my mom while I'm at the gym.
It's good to be in shape, because it's healthy to increase your quality of life. All people
should eat healthy foods, like vegetables and fruits. So everyone should worry about
themselves and work to improve your lifetime.
