Why we need to eat healthy food

I am going to talk about healthy eating. In daily life, we need to eat

more healthy food. It is good for us. We need it to have strong teeth,

bones and also let us grow. Also, healthy food is always tasty.

Four servings of grains

We should eat four servings of grains everyday, such as rice, bread,

noodles and pasta.

We need diary products

We should not forget diary products, like cheese, milk and yoghurt.

They give us strong bones.

We need protein

In order to grow, we need protein. Meat,tofu, beans and nuts provide

us with iron and protein. They are also good for building up our

muscles.

We need vegetables
Fruits and vegetables are very important. We should take

different-coloured fruits. They provide us with vitamins and minerals.

These keep us healthy.

Try not to eat

We don’t need meat with a lot of fat or salt. So, bacon, ham are salty

and fatty. They are unhealthy.

Leisure time

I like spending leisure time with my family and friends.

Sundays and public holidays

On Sundays, I like going hiking with my family. We enjoy the stunning

views and the refreshing air.

During Recess

During recess, I like playing group games with my classmates. We

usually play dodgeball. It is fun and relaxing.

After school

After finishing my homework, I love reading comics and playing violin.

They are relaxing and cheering.


Best Friends

Alex is my best friend. He is nine years old. He is slim and

long-legged. He is 150cm tall.

He is good at Maths. He is smart and always gets full marks in

exams. He is considerate. He always takes care of me, like teaching

me homework.
