Many thanks for your letter. Great to hear from you again! Hope you’re fine.
Well, our body may become weak due to lack of exercising. In my opinion, you should pay
attention to your parent’s worrying and do more sports.
As for me, I’m keen on sport. It keeps me in a good shape and brings a lot of pleasure. Sport
strengthens my physical condition and heart system as well. In addition, sports, like swimming for
example, help to solve some problems with my back.
Many of my friends often join me at the gym. We also enjoy playing sport games together, like
table tennis, football, basketball, volleyball and many others. We play them either at school at the
PE lessons or just outside at our free time.
To lose some extra weight, it’s a good idea to go cycling or jogging, besides exercising at the
gym. However, doing sports isn’t enough to keep yourself fit. You should go on a proper diet too,
which must contain only healthy food.
