Playing sports can bring you a healthy life and a fit body. You will be more active and healthier by playing sports. To
illustrate, you can reduce your risk of serious illnesses like a heart attack or high blood pressure. Sports will improve
your fitness and weight goals. However, they also encourage healthy decisions like not smoking or drinking, and offer
potential health benefits like a reduced risk of osteoporosis or breast cancer later in life. Also, a team that believes in
you showing up and working hard is a great source of motivation to keep you going to the gym day in and day out.
Team sports are great for learning responsibility, dedication and leadership, among many other traits
My favorite sport is basketball,
which is require teamwork, speed
and personal skill. There are two
teams, each team has no more ten
people. The player gets point by
throwing the basketball through the
opponent’s hoop or basket. The
winner of the basketball game is the
team with the most points. Basketball
is a wonderful sport, it brings lots of
benefits for me

Playing sports is very good for your health. We should play
every day. Sports include many types of forms. As
football, volleyball, basketball and badminton,.. Playing
sports help us be supple and healthy. In your free time,
you can play sports to relax. But my favourite sports is
football. It help you look better, improve memory,
reduce stress, prevent disease, .. Playing football also
helps you to integrate into life. So, we need more positive
exercise.
