Playing sports can bring you a healthy life and a fit body. You will be more active and healthier by playing sports. To
illustrate, you can reduce your risk of serious illnesses like a heart attack or high blood pressure. Sports will improve
your fitness and weight goals. However, they also encourage healthy decisions like not smoking or drinking, and offer
potential health benefits like a reduced risk of osteoporosis or breast cancer later in life. Also, a team that believes in
you showing up and working hard is a great source of motivation to keep you going to the gym day in and day out.
Team sports are great for learning responsibility, dedication and leadership, among many other traits
My favorite sport is basketball,
which is require teamwork, speed
and personal skill. There are two
teams, each team has no more ten
people. The player gets point by
throwing the basketball through the
opponent’s hoop or basket. The
winner of the basketball game is the
team with the most points. Basketball
is a wonderful sport, it brings lots of
benefits for me

Playing sports is very good for your health. We should play
every day. Sports include many types of forms. As
football, volleyball, basketball and badminton,.. Playing
sports help us be supple and healthy. In your free time,
you can play sports to relax. But my favourite sports is
football. It help you look better, improve memory,
reduce stress, prevent disease, .. Playing football also
helps you to integrate into life. So, we need more positive
exercise.

I love a quite strange sport in Vietnam, and it is tennis. This


sport consists of 2 or 4 players hitting a lightweight ball and
forth on a ground. I usually play table tennis with friends. We
play together twice a week. Due to my hard work playing table
tennis, my health is more and more supple and healthy. I feel
this is a rewarding sport, I will stick with table tennis for
longer.

● The sport I like to play the most is volleyball. This


sport is an Olympic sport in which two teams are
separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by
moving the ball into the opponent's court according to
the rules. Participants need to skillfully use their
hands and arms to control the ball. After a period of
time, the team that scores more points will be the
winner. Playing volleyball will help you improve your
flexibility and fitness.

● My favorite sport is probably boxing which still quite


strange in Vietnam. My father used to let me watch a
boxing session then I have an interested in this sport.
My father signed me up a boxing course last summer
and I always do boxing when I get the time. Boxing
helps me defend myself and keep me healthy.

SWIMMING IS ONE OF THE "IMPORTANT" FACTORS IN IMPROVING HEALTH
Swimming is considered the best form of physical exercise. When exercising, you can affect most
muscles without having to endure any harmful effects on the joints. If you practice swimming
regularly, you will gradually gain muscle strength throughout the body. . When swimming
underwater, it is necessary to coordinate the use of many muscle groups together to move the
body, thereby making the whole body move, improving strength and endurance. Swimming also
helps promote blood circulation and enhance heart muscle activity. According to experts, when
the body stretches in water, blood will circulate to the heart and brain more effectively. Thanks to
that, your cardiovascular system and body will be healthier. Swimming may even help relieve
some pain or improve recovery from injury. In addition, swimming is good for pregnant women,
has a positive impact on mental health, improves sleep quality, burns calories, helps with weight
loss, improves symptoms of multiple sclerosis, Good choice for people with asthma, many other
