Smart Goal My smart goal is to bike 6.00 miles, in one


segment without stopping. I hope to accomplish
this goal by cycling everyday for at least 30
minutes. I will track this goal by using the strava
app to track mileage, time and resistance.

RHR My resting heart rate is 72 bpm

205 x 0.65 = 133.25 bpm—low range
