    How to motivate student to retain or attract towards college ?

    How you manage Student and class management during covid 19 ?

    Share experience with example as Diploma is short term course and there will be short time
    period to groom student and prepare for class, internship and job placement where as in BHM
    we will get ample of time to groom, motivate, trained students for internship and job placement.

    When i was in premier i used to take references, idea, strategies from big colleges of kathmandu
    where i have a good relation with some BHM program coordinators like jeevan adhikari MVIC,
    sachin pradhan IMS group, Ratindra Singh Integrated Services. It wont be new thigs for me to
    work in your organization as i have a plenty of experience in program management as well as
    student management.
