7A Stress Mini Study Media

1. In my stress study, I decided to ask a few of my friends and myself about how stressed

they have been during the past week. I asked them to rate their stress on a scale of 1-10

and asked them the major causes of their stress. I chose this study because I feel like

college is a stressful time for students, and it is good to check in on my friends.

From this data, it seems like school and work are major stressors. I think that students

should be given time to relax and decompress since this is a common pattern.
