How does Rain Fall?
Rain is one of the main sources of fresh water for almost all people in the world. It provides suitable
conditions for diverse ecosystems. It is also used as hydroelectric power plants and crop irrigation.
But, do you know how rain happens?
The rain’s phenomenon is actually what we often call as “water circle.” The concept of the water
cycle involves the sun heating the Earth’s surface water and causing the surface water to evaporate.
Then the water vapor rises into the Earth’s atmosphere.
The water in the atmosphere cools and condenses into liquid droplets. The droplets grow bigger and
heavier and fall to the Earth as precipitation.
However, not all rain can reach the surface of the earth. Some evaporates while failing through dry
air. This is what we call as “Virga”, a phenomenon which is often seen in hot, dry desert regions.

Taking care of the keyboard

The keyboard is a roburts device used for inputting data on to your computer. As you type in
information small letters are sent via the cable to the inside of the machine where they are organized
into the words that you see. Keep your cable straight.
It is important that the keyboard cable has no kinks or that no object is placed on the cable to restrict
the flow of letters to the machine. Care also must be taken that letters with sharp point do not become
snared in the cable.
X’s and Z’s are the most common letters to be snared, and the result will be words appearing on the
screen with these letters missing. O’s and D’s move the easiest through the cable.
To best take care of your keyboard cable stretch it out and straighten the kinks frequently. Letters are
snared most frequently where the cable enters the machine, so be sure to straighten that section of
cable on a weekly basis.
Be aware that any spelling mistakes may be the result of letters stuck in the cable rather than dyslexic
fingers. Letters caught in the cable decay away quickly once the machine is turned off, so no lasting
damage occurs in the buildup of snared letters.

Opportunity in the Global Financial Crisis!

US financial crisis and its contagion to Europe and the rest of the world could also create new
opportunity for Indonesia in term of foreign direct investment and the development of basic
infrastructure.
As the US. Financial crisis has now spread to Europe, the oil-rich countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait
and Arab Emirate which have accumulated hundreds of billions of Dollars in their foreign reserve, are
now reviewing their holding or vehicle. They are looking for more diversified investment outside the US
and Europe.
Because of unfavorable political developments in Thailand and Malaysia over the past few months,
Indonesia which has largely Muslim population could become one of these oil-rich countries’ favorite
place for foreign direct investment. That will be true if the condition, legal and market infrastructure are
conducive for Islamic financial instruments.
The government had improved the legal framework with the recent actment of laws on sharia banking
and bonds. The long term nature of Islamic bonds could make them the most suitable investment
instrument Indonesia, as these bonds grant an investor a share in an asset along with the cash flows
and risks commensurate with such ownership.
The financial crisis that has gripped the globe and weakening economic growth in the rest of the world
will serve to the government to accelerate the investment reform measure in order to grab the hidden
opportunity in the global crisis.
