Human’s Right or
Green Peace

De: Gianina Galeano Romero 4to año A

Introducción

This work is done with the purpose of knowing and informing regarding human and environmental
rights, in which they are related, how they are constituted and who are in charge of ensuring
them.

As humans, we always watch over our own rights and naturally we recognize the importance of
their existence, but it is equally important to know how necessary the rights are to keep green
areas in good condition, since they are vital for our own. survival.

7. Diff erence between human rights and ecology.

Human beings are part of nature and our human rights are interrelated with the environment in
which we live. Environmental damage interferes with the enjoyment of human rights and the
exercise of these rights contributes to protecting the environment and promoting sustainable
development.

Seeing this way, humans have the right to live in a healthy environment for their free
development.

In recent years, the recognition of the links between human rights and the environment has
greatly increased. The number and scope of international and domestic laws, judicial decisions,
and academic studies on the relationship between human rights and the environment are growing
rapidly.
The human rights and the environment mandate, created in March 2012 and extended in 2018,
examines the human rights obligations as they relate to a safe, clean, healthy and sustainable
environment. It also promotes best practices relating to the use of human rights in environmental
policymaking.

Many States now incorporate a right to a healthy environment in their constitutions. Yet many
questions about the relationship of human rights and the environment remain unanswered and
require further examination
