Chylomicrons
Chylomicrons are the largest lipoprotein particles with the highest triglyceride content
and contain little protein. Chylomicrons are formed from triasilgliserol, cholesterol derived
from food that enters the intestines. Chylomicrons are derived from the fats you eat. Because
fat cannot be absorbed properly in its natural form, then the fats will be converted into
substances that can be absorbed by iron. As fat passes through the stomach into the small
intestine, enzymes from pancreatic juices and fluids from the liver and bladder create
chylomicrons (which are mostly composed of triglycerides) by reordering these fat molecules
and improving digestion. Then, the lipase enzyme will break down the chylomicrons into fatty
acids that can be used as energy or stored in fat cells.
LDL Cholesterol
LDL cholesterol is known as bad cholesterol. Cholesterol is a major risk factor for
cardiovascular disease because it inhibits arteries. For those of you who do not have heart
disease, it is worth reducing cholesterol levels up to 110 mg / dl. Cholesterol levels at this level
can help you avoid heart disease.

Summary
Chylomicrons are the largest lipoprotein particles with the highest triglyceride content
and contain the least amount of protein. Chylomicrons are formed from triacylglycerol,
cholesterol that comes from food that enters the intestine. There are several types of cholesterol
that we often eat without realizing it, namely HDL cholesterol (high-density lipoprotein) this
good cholesterol serves to protect you from cardiovascular disease, then there is VLDL
cholesterol (very low density lipoprotein). VLDL can be formed by breaking down
chylomicrons or produced by the liver. Furthermore, these triglyceride-rich particles can be
carried throughout the body for use as energy or stored in the thighs, waist, buttocks, and other
storage sites and finally LDL cholesterol. LDL cholesterol is known as bad cholesterol.
Cholesterol is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease due to arterial obstruction.
