MOTION TO RESET HEARING

COME NOW, Defendants through the undersigned counsel and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully avers that:

1. The continuation of hearing in the above entitled case was scheduled on

April 3, 2018 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning;

2. However, the undersigned counsel has a previously scheduled hearing on the

same date and time in the case of Codesio vs Codesio at Regional Trial
Court, Branch 11, Tuao Cagayan;

3. In view of the foregoing, undersigned counsel is constrained to ask of the

Honorable Court that the continuation of hearing be reset on May 22, 2018
at 8:30 in the morning.;

4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of this case but only for
the above-mentioned reason. The adverse counsel has agreed to this motion.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of to this Honorable Court to

reset the scheduled hearing in the above-entitled case on April 03, 2018, at 8:30 in
the morning to May 22, 2018 at 8:30 in the morning.

Such other reliefs just and equitable are prayed for.
