The strategic plan addresses the what and why of activities, but implementation addresses the who,
where, when, and how. The fact is that both pieces are critical to success. In fact, companies can
gain competitive advantage through implementation if done effectively. In the following sections,

Here have 2 problems that need to solve it. First is the staff having stress in the workplace because they
cannot archive the result that has set by management. Next is the some of the competitor will move in to share
the market share? Although is next 6 moth that will happen it. They need to alert it now to prepare to maintain
the market share.

In conclusion, first problem is urgent and important and second problem is not urgent but important. So first
need to so the staff problem immediately and need to prepare the solution for the second problem
