AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, ELISER S. BUGAS, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of Upper

Langcangan, Oroquieta City, under oath, hereby depose and say that:

1. I am a buyer of a portion of a parcel of land situated at Upper

Langcangan, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental covered by Tax
Declaration No. 177791 with an area of One Hundred Ninety
(190) Square Meter. A copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale is hereto
attached and marked as Annex___;

2. However, by mere inadvertence, there is a typographical error in

writing the Lot No.

3. In the Deed of Absolute Sale the Lot No. reflected was Lot
No.1543-A when it should have been Lot No. 1543 as reflected
in the Tax Declaration. Copy of the Tax Declaration is attached
herewith and marked as Annex__;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve me.
