                 => Introduction 


The term law has been derived from an Teutonic
root "Lag" which means that fixed law. Law
regulates the life and without the law there is
confusion. Law is off two kinds:
• Physical Law
• Human Law
 Law is the vehicle of sovereignty

 
             => Meaning of Law
■An legal sense:
                            Every Law is a gift of a god and a
decision of a sages.

■According to Blackstone:
                                          Law in its most general
and comprehensive sense signifies a rule of action
and is applied indiscriminately to all kinds of
actions, whether animate or inanimate, rational or
irrational. Thus, we say the laws of gravitation, or
optics or mechanics, as well as the laws of nature
and of nation.

       => Classification of Law

■Imperative law of positive:


                                                   Law in this sense
means a role which prescribes a general course of
actions imposed by some authority which enforces it
by superior power. Law is the Physical force or any
other form of compulsion.
Requirements of imperative law:-
          •It must be a general rule.
          •There are must be some authority behind it.
          •It must be enforce by superior power by
physical force or compulsion.

■ Physical or scientific law:-


                                          Physical or scientific laws
are expression of the uniformities of nature. In
conduct of living being life things. All human beings
mention these laws which reflect in the conduct of
living beings.
For example:
                      Uniformity between rich and poor.
■Natural or Moral Law:-
                                          This is also known as
devine law. The law of reason un-written law, the
universal law, the common law and the internal law.
The principle of natural justice if we use the term
justice it is widest sense to include all form of right
full action.

■Conventional Law:-
                                  Conventional means agreement
necessary law and agreement both of the parties and
the mutual consent between the parties and not the
force of coercion of a superior.

■Customary Law:-
                               Customary law means such rule
of customs habitually being followed by the majority
of the person. Since, long time of past and the future
as well as in the belief of their banding nature.

■Practical or Technical Law:-


                                                Such law consist of
two rules which are to be followed achieve
uniformity of the result in the practical and technical
method, the law of health and the law of
manufactured.

■International Law:-
                                      Those rules govern
sovereign state in their relations and conduct
towards each other which nations have agreed to
confirm in their conduct towards one another.

■Civil Law:-
                     The word civil law describes the law
applicable to their own citizen. In this sense civil law
is different from criminal law and military law.

■Criminal Law:-
                            The system of law concerns with
the punishment who commits crime. The people
decide what conduct to punish. So, the people decide
what punishment is appropriate.
