I've consistently built strong relationships with students by
providing post class support in the form of resume
checking, speech coaching and daily conversations on the
bus to and from work. Also I've consistently encouraged
x team mastes to work for the good of the team when
challenging situations have arisen by providing lession
planning support and by putting "issues" in perspective.

This quality is evident in my professional life at the


schoolwhen I consistently encourage co-teachers with
lesson ideas. I've also actively supported my center by
x contributing to center events that increase student
satisfaction ( Philippine Booth at International Day and
Amazing Race.
I make it a point of memorizing and using students names
throughput all my classes to foster a friendly, welcoming
x and cheerful environment. Also, I've helped train and
develop visiting and resident staff to contribute to student
satisfaction
I've successfully imparted all types of information using
available media to communicate effectively to staff from
various departments at my center. This is reflected in my
face to face and collobarative meetings with members from

facilitated in-center intra department meetings and recorded

Process for reviews:
1. Teacher self-evaluation: Teachers use descriptors to evaluate and score
their own performance. Teacher will have examples of behaviors for the
discussion with managers.

2. Manager Evaluation: manager evaluates teacher as a reference for the


performance review discussion.

3. Performance Review Meeting: Center Education Manager and teacher


discuss teacher’s self-evaluation and set Individual Development Plan with
follow up touch point dates set.

4. Regional Manager: approves final outcome and assures standardisation


across region. REM is accountbale for the final outcome in their respective
regions.

5. Final outcome emailed: CEM/CGM sign off scores compared. Final


outcome emailed to teacher with IDP with follow up touch points dates set.
