PLEASE NOTE – PRICE VARIATION:

EX STOCK DELIVERY : The prices quoted for machines and attachments that are for delivery ex stock in RSA are fixed
and firm.

EX IMPORT DELIVERY: Our prices are based on current factory list prices, current inland and ocean freight rates,
import duty, surcharge, insurance, packaging and landing charges and the rate of exchange indicated below. Any
variation to the above, which would affect payments made by us, would be for your account either way. Should the
above clause become applicable, the rate of exchange will be that ruling on the date of invoice to you. We would
be happy to obtain forward foreign currency cover. We can arrange this in your favour; the rate and costs would be
advised to you on the date of receipt of your order.

EXCHANGE RATE:
The prices quoted are based the basic unit as given to us by our Principals are Firm. However, our Principals value is
converted to SA Rand and has been based on a "Spot" (indication only) rate of exchange: Rands 1.00 = Rands 1.00
(This exchange rate will only apply to ex-import items)

DELIVERY:
EX Stock - Subject to availability

LATE DELIVERY (FORCE MAJEURE TO APPLY):

The above deliveries are quoted in good faith, and where equipment is offered ex import, the delivery quoted is
based on the latest information. Every effort will be made by us to ensure that these delivery dates are met, but we
cannot accept responsibility for any factor beyond our control that may affect delivery, nor can we agree to accept
liability to pay any amounts as liquidated damages or penalties of any kind in the event of late delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Cash on presentation of invoice. Please note that these prices are nett and are not subject to any settlement
discounts.

WARRANTY: (NEW MACHINES ONLY)

Skidsteers & Mini Excavators - 12 months or 2000 hours (whichever occurs first) except on normal wear and tear as
per manufacturer’s warranty.

Telescopic Handlers - 36 months or 3000 hours (whichever occurs first) except on normal wear and tear as per
manufacturer’s warranty.

1 Year on attachments

Bobcat offers a 1 year or 2000 hours warranty, whichever comes first, on all Backhoe Loaders − and, in addition,
provides:
TLB's - 2-year warranty for Powertrain components as standard − covering engine, transmission and axles.

SANY Products:- 1Yr / 2000 Hrs whichever occurs first). Excavators 20ton plus receive a warranty of 18Mnts/3000
Hrs. Excavators 19.5 tons and less receive a warranty of 12Mnths/3000 Hrs.

VALIDITY:
This quotation is held open for acceptance by you for a period of 30 days or otherwise stipulated on page 1 and
thereafter is subject to confirmation by us.

SERVICING:
The offer includes a pre-delivery service prior to delivery of the unit.

TRAINING:
Instructions to operator on general uses and operation of the machine and recommended servicing and
maintenance procedures, are given on hand over of the machine.
