Last July 24, 2019, the Wellness Dance occurred. The Wellness Dance is a part of the program
for the Nutrition Month with the theme “Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo, push natin to”.
Series of events and competitions were held in the honor of the nutrition month. The Wellness
Dance became the highlight of the said event because all of the students, with the exceptions of
those that are not allowed, are required to compete.

Each level choreographed a dance that are unique in their own. Each section also have themes.
The students got creative and devised the choreograph themselves, though some hired a
choreographer.

Watching the dance was fun. All the students exerted efforts, from the costumes to the props.
There are wide varieties of color used. From red, yellow, blue and red monotones, to bright and
assorted ones. The costume also varied. Some opted for the P.E. Uniform. Some wore the
denim-leggings fashion. Some went artistic and painted their shirts.

The choreography of each section showed their diversity. Some used high techniques. Some
others used an easier approach to the dance.

All in all the dance was great. Pythagoras won the first place, Andromeda came second.
