Happiness
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Let me introduce my self my name is Ima Nurjanah
Suryana, In this occassion i would like to speak about “ happiness”.
Have you ever felt someone else is happier than you? You scroll on Instagram and see people
having fun on their vacation, spending time with one another, or celebrating their
achievements. Then you start thinking, why you are in this situation and you figure it out and
claim that it must be your bad luck! So let me tell you something to relize that to start
happiness we need to take some efforts and change the way we think.
Sometimes it can berfrustrating. You could be ruining your own growth without realizing it.
But the good news is that, if you pay attention to your thought process, you’ll realize that you
can control your situation. So instead of holding yourself back, focus your energy on living
positively. If you want to start being happy, remember to :
First, focus on improving yourself. Don’t focus on the success of others, it doesn’t matter
what the successful person has achieved, just focus on your own progress. It’s easy to be
jealous of other people, indedd. When you scroll on social media, you will see that people
choose to present the happiest parts of their lives, which then you compare with your difficult
periods. But the fact is, you never know the hardest parts of their lives that they never post on
social media. I mean, who knows it ? Therefore focus on yourself try to make progress every
day, there will be a sense of satisfaction when you do something.
In short, to achieve happiness someone has to keep trying gratefulness what you have. If you
want to get it, create true happiness starting from yourself. So, focus on improving yourself ,
make a conscious decision to be happy and stop thinking about the past. Make each day
counts !
