CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

We are a full-stack engineering team with expertise in electronics, optics, mechanical


engineering, and firmware, backend, and mobile software development. Our core specialties are
video headsets and ultra-low-latency video transmission systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to assist our customers with technical
problems and general questions when using our products and services.
Customer Success Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries,
recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our
clients’ trust.

You should also be familiar with help desk software. Ultimately, you will help establish our
reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales
procedures​.

YOU MUST HAVE

● Advanced speaking and writing skills in English


● Previous experience in customer service or support
● Passionately communicative and patient listener
● Multi tasking skills
● Good interpersonal skills

IDEALLY YOU HAVE

● Experience in customer support software (Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar)


● Knowledgeable of drone and FPV industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Track and analyze support trends to provide data-informed feedback to other Orqa
departments (e.g., Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales) to continually
improve Orqa products and customer experience
● Promote a positive culture and reinforce our mission and team value
● Monitor product performance and triage reported problems
● Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
● Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
