NOTES:

1. All Dimensions are in MM.

2. This drum is for standard. length 1500 mtr + 5%
3. Tolerance on dimensions of wood is only + 3MM.
4. The size of nail used on the flange sshall be of 3.25MM
dia and 125 mm long.
5. Distance between outer surface of the outer layer of the
conductor and the inside surface of the external lagging
shall be at least 75MM.
6. All the nails shall be countersunked to a depth of 4MM
both in the Barrel and the Flanges.
7. The inner surface of the Flange and Barrel shall be
painted with black Bituminous paint.
8. Gross W. of the drum with laggings :3700kg (App)
9. Tare WT. of the drum : 500 kg (App.)
Note: The Conductor end shall be properly sealed with heat shrinkable caps and secured with the help of 'U' bolt on both side of one of the flange . 10. Net WT. of the conductor : Upto 3200 kg
