ORGANIC VS INORGANIC GROWTH

Growth is crucial to SPUS BSA program because it offers new capabilities, opportunities,
and benefit. Growth may occur organically or by mergers and acquisitions. Many schools are
doing both, but expansion necessitates preparation, people, and procedures. The aim of this
approach is to assist bsa students in growing organically. They all necessarily require thought,
preparation, and implementation, as well as accountability.
The challenge for the spus bsa program is figuring out how to adapt into the new
developing and development sectors. Vision, leadership, discipline, risk management, and a
collection of core values that promote creativity, development, trusting partnerships, honesty,
collaboration, and responsibility are required.

ORGANIC GROWTH —To attracted more students to take BSA program in SPUS. They
should hire more professors so that they can accommodate the BSA students.
Growth Stage –It is to manage the relationship  with the students and teachers. Without a hard-
working, it’ll be difficult to accelerate the growth of the BSA program.

Marketing Innovation Targeting — If you are in a mature stage, it’s like easy to you to
communicate and ask the professors about what you did not understand on the lessons. Focused
on your goal to become a CPA.

Unsatisfied Needs — Evaluate BSA students like give them an assessment so that they will
know where they should focused the topic that they failed to study.

New territories— Professors should provide a reviewer or offer them a book for board exam.

New Products — If you pass the board exams, then the growth strategy in SPUS BSA Program
is effective.

INORGANIC GROWTH—- growing you knowledge inorganically by joining seminars or


other programs relating to BSA programs. This is considered as the fastest way to grow.

HORIZONTAL INTEGRATION
Expanding the knowledge of BSA students, seniors will mentor the freshmen like giving
them quizzes or activities and assignment. Then explain to the mentees after they answering.
Mentors will guide their mentees on what to focus and study. By brainstorming students will
easily understand the topic.

VERTICAL INTEGRATION
It is a strategy that the BSA students do not rely only to their professors discussions ,they
should study on their own by reading a book on a library or anywhere where they comfortable so
that they will stand on their own. Study in advance will help your knowledge grow.
