2. RISK IDENTIFICATION
PROPOSED CLASSIFICATION:
This product does not contain substances classified as dangerous to health. While this material is
not considered hazardous under the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910, 1200),
this SAFETY DATA SHEET contains valuable information critical to the safety of proper handling and
use of the product. This SAFETY DATA SHEET should be kept and made available to employees and
other users of this product.
Leak / Spill: Collect leak in sealable containers, cover with sand or other inert absorbent
and remove to a safe place. Dispose of in accordance with local, state, and federal
regulations.
Store away from alkalis and strong oxidants. Temperatures higher than necessary will
degrade product quality at rates that depend on the time and temperature of exposure.
Exposure to ultraviolet light, especially sunlight, should be minimized to avoid loss of
quality.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROL / PERSONAL PROTECTION
Personal protection: only required if exposed to high temperature, as the heat of the oil can
cause burns. Wear appropriate protective clothing.
