User Guide
Registration Screen

Tap on ‘Get Started’ button for registration.

Information Screen

Provide all the relevant and correct information

to register your account.

Login Screen

After providing information and registering into

the app, log in to your account with your

Username and Password.

Subscription Selection Screen

Select the subscription that suites your

preference.
Subscription Detail Screen

Read all the information regarding the

subscription you are selecting and continue.

Payment Gateway Screen

Select one of the given payment gateway option

to subscribe and follow the instruction for easy

payment process.
Welcome/Dashboard Screen

You are now Mentor Health Subscriber and can

avail all the health bene ts according to your

subscription plan.
Choose Doctor Speciality Screen

When you tap on Consult a Doctor button you

have to select one of the given option in regards

of what you are looking for; General Physician or

Specialist Doctor.
Doctors List Screen

After selecting either GP or Specialist button you

will be asked to select a doctor for consultation.

Consultation Type Selection

Popup

After taping consult online button choose one of

the following of:

1. Instant Calling for immediate consultation.

2. Book Appointment for taking consulation for

later period of time.

Pharmacy Screen

Tap on Pharmacy button to search and order

online pharmacy with home delivery.

Pharmacy Cart Screen

After Selecting your pharmacy product go to cart

page by selecting cart icon and verify total

payment and continue toward check out screen.

Pharmacy Checkout Screen

Fill the shipping details and con rm your

checkout process for completing the payment

process.
Lab Test Screen

Select lab screen option for lab tests booking.

Lab Test Screen

Select the relevant test you are required to take

and go to test booking screen for appointment

booking.
Lab Test Booking Screen

Provide patient details and continue.

Payment Gateway Screen

Select a payment gateway and proceed with the

checkout.
Insurance Type Selection Screen

Select your preference for add-on insurance.

Insurance Selection Screen

Tap on the insurance plan to add-on more

insurance according to your need.

Home Services Screen

Provide information for requiring sta for medical

purposes and book accordingly.

Voucher Screen

Select the speci c voucher/deal you want to avail

and redeem the voucher by providing code to the

store or clinic.
Mentor Wallet Screen

In this screen you can view all your transaction

you have made through out your subscription

period including, referral rewards and top-up

amount as well.
