Sub: Letter of Internship Acceptance

Dear Kelly,

We are pleased to offer you an internship program with IHELA CREDIT UNION for a period of 3
months, under the supervision of Pierre Banywerha, who will be the student’s supervisor.

You will work from 8.00 am to 5.30 p.m a day as may be directed by your supervisor.

You should note that any information and data collected from you during the course of the
internship should be kept confidential at all times.

Conduct
You should be required to :
• abide by rules, regulations and protocols of the company.
• Demonstrate commitment and willingness to fully and actively participate in the learning experiences.
• Complete the assignments given by your supervisor
• Observe confidentiality of information you can come across in the course of your attachment.
• Maintain absolute integrity and honesty the discharge of your duties
• ensure the security of tools/equipment entrusted to you.
