Overall Marketing Strategy

Price

Gaming Console City will use a market-oriented pricing strategy for their services. This will

work because the prices are designed to make people want to come here and have fun instead of

them buying consoles and games that are too expensive. My price will be a not low but not to

high price because my business also needs to make profit because they want to expand and buy

more games, and Consoles. And the price we want it to be low enough that anyone can afford it.

Gaming Console City’s revenue will come from the service of people booking the times that they

want to play. But there might be other income like sponsors. The initial price for the first 6

months will be at $10 per hour and if business goes well then, we will race the price to 13 per

hour.

Place

The only location for Gaming Console City for now will be 824 18th St, Brandon, MB, Canada.

This building is in a little area where there are 5 different businesses in 18 street. And it will be

easy for people to see when they are driving and that can catch a lot of people eyed since 18

street is always extremely busy. The building will be renovated with neon lights in the shape of

gaming equipment like controllers, keyboard and mouses, etc., in both inside and outside so that

the lights can catch the people's attention. There will be parking Infront of the building and on

the side of the building. This location is the only location that Gaming Console City services are

offered.
Promotion

Gaming Console City plans to attract customers by creating a grand opening event and

advertising about it like 1-2 months prior to the event so that people can know about it and so

that they can book there gaming times and because in the grand even there will be a contest for a

brand new PS4. We will have every kind of social so that we can get seen by many people of all

ages no matter what socials you use. Gaming Console City will have advertisements on the

internet and on the radio but not the newspapers because not many people read them anymore,

they are only on the internet most of the time. Gaming Console City will sponsor local sports

clubs and, we will donate to local charities. Gaming Console City will also have billboard

advertising and we will have advertisings on buses, taxies, etc.

Gaming Console City will have different type of discounts like discounts on the hour prices if

you book multiple hours in the same day. Also, when Gaming Console City sells video games

then all those video games will be sold cheaper than they cost. Gaming Console City will also

have discounts if you go there regularly and how long you play there for, and how loyal you are

to the business.

The Service that Gaming Console City offers is time gaming with that ever console you want and

whatever game you want. Also, there will be a room where you can talk to people where you can

talk and give and get gaming advice with other gamers.
