360 Collaboration Policy

With the name of Allah Almighty

It is quite meaningful and sensitive step for 360 Muslim

Experts to collaborate with other organization. Keeping in
our mind eyes we must have to make our vision and
decision a kit Kat clear one. Several points are on the go for
collaborating with different organization with somehow
similar infrastructure to our organization!

In this step of collaboration, we'll have following

advantages like:

• Our competitive advantage will elaborate and enhance

to maximum extent because in our core Concerns we'll
be observing many points and try to implement on our
organization with somehow different ways and will
apply unique methodology.
• Positive Cross-Cultural learning will also be added here
with pride. Our members will try to adopt positive
vibes and as well as from opposite side too. So, there
will be an Healthy environment.
• Different Behaviors will see to observe then adopt
deeply.
 • Work force will increase too. That will be quite
beneficial for both teams.
• Organization will proceed in better way because there
will be quality oriented work will be there.
• Level of Mutual cooperation will increase too.
• financial practice will reduce costs for public events.
• innovative ideas from both sides along with strong
concepts and strategy.
• With short time a task will be done due to flexibility.
• Meeting will increase confidence level and more sharp
image of society will be in our mind.
• Audience will increase.
• Correction if taking wrong steps.

Some important points are also for explanation!!

1. Mini Collaborations:
These are meant for concerned projects only with common
plan and execution. After completing it successfully, a
friendly set up will be more beneficial.

2. Set a collaboration meter:

Check the priority of both parties, if they partnership is top
priority for executive team, we will only then continue.

3. Sharing Commons:
Posters of concerned projects should have both parties
logo, post of concern projects should have tagged both
pages.
Several drawbacks that we must have to mention
here stated as:

• There maybe clashes in mutual understanding. Maybe

some perceiving our views in different ways.
• Decision Making may dominant or recessive in this
step maybe after some profit loss there may be
disturbance in whole project taking place right at that
time.
• Brand Name may be also cause some issues because
when certain project will be on the go there may be a
"Being Dominant" Concept take place that create a bad
image of both organization on Social Platform.
• Insecurities may rise
• Mutual harmony may disturb.
• Adaptation of ideas regarding projects issued may be
face by both sides.
• Members will only support in the case or productive
results on the other hand they will prefer to work
independently.
• leadership may create an arrogant behavior.
• Decision Making must be in balance otherwise there
may be the representation of seniority and "Our
Methodology Rule".
• Working Style may not match.

Overall Views:
This is very sensitive step for an organization. So
organization must Discuss the main points like "Balancing
everything" before collaborating.
In case of any separation, both organizations must take
their way in Healthy and friendly environment, No
Conflicts at all
